Call to Order

Old Business:

SLVHCC members: One current vacancy. Bill Bissell to contact a potential member. Bill Bissell's term up on 2/1/05. He intends to apply for another term, Karyn Streeting and Sandy Parker's terms expire 05/01/05. Sandy will not seek another term. Karyn will apply for another term.  

Demolition Permit Review: Renewed at the 01/03/05 council meeting. The time frame remains at 30 days notification, but an additional 30 days can requested for structures believed to have "historical merit"

Boat Show: Saturday June 18th date approved. Potential site is the new Marina Bay complex with some activities at the Holiday Inn. Pat to work with Steve Mathes on details. He will also look into having a tab added to the SLV website for additional information

New Business:

SLVHCC account: Mary to give an update on the current account balance

Web Site: Group to work on updating and adding pictures

Grants: Shannon will be taking a grant writing class and apply his knowledge to the commission. Potential items include the Savidge Markers, Savidge Gates and Historical Plaques
