Re: Council Information Letter
We tried inexpensive solutions first. The latest was to move the thermostat. We determined this change to be insufficient. We are now going to Plan B.
Our next meeting is to determine how much the cost will be for Plan B and if there are other options. It is set for Friday at 8 AM if interested. I will also discuss ultimate liability with the parties.
Village Hall Doors:
We
are seeing some cracking on 18 oak doors.
The door provider came in and is trying to determine the cause. They are under warranty.
Signage Enforcement: The general educational
letter did not go out this week due to John’s father in law’s death and
funeral. More to follow next week. We may get some community feedback.
Six Month Financial Report: Thanks to Maribeth and the Budget Team, the General Fund is
tracking well. The estimated year will
end will be about $9,000 ahead in revenues and just a bit under budget in
expenditures for a net positive outcome.
