The rates include charges for electricity, water, sewer, garbage pick-up, cable and school tax.
Any and all dock rental fees must be paid in full prior to launching any watercraft. Our park manager, Stan Johnson can be reached at 616-842-5230 after April 5th.

Millpoint Launch Park is located at the end of School Street in the Village of Spring Lake. There are grills, playground equipment, picnic areas, restrooms and plenty of parking available. It is a great place to spend an afternoon and put your boat in! The park also features a Bandshell that is available for weddings and other events for a nominal fee. Please call Village Hall to reserve!
Daily passes can be purchased at the Launch ramp site. There is a self-serve system set up on site. Seasonal passes can be purchased at Village Hall (102 W. Savidge Street) and Wesco (502 W. Savidge Street). Passes must be purchased in order to use the ramp. Citations will be issued for those vehicles using the ramp, but not purchasing a pass. The citations are $30.00 per violation.

Central Park
Take the beautiful Lakeside Trail to Central Park for Ice Skating during the winter and Inline Skating for the summer. You will also find tennis courts, baseball fields, and playgrounds. A new picnic shelter donated and built in the summer of 2010 by the Rotary Club is also available. To Reserve Central Park please call: Larry Aldridge @ 616-846-5502.The Parks and Recreation Committee has developed a Master Plan for Central Park which outlines many improvements planned over the next ten years including another picnic shelter, new restrooms and a dog park.

This park is becoming a reality with the help and hard work of Alex & Danny Brower. Alex & Danny are creating the new park as their Eagle Scout Projects with Boy Scout Troop 14. Phase 1 and Phase 2 hope to be completed by Summer of 2012.

Grand Haven State Park
Pets must be kept on a 6 foot leash. Animals must never be left unattended. Please clean up after your animals. No pets on the beach area. These rules apply year round.
Ferrysburg MI Coast Guard Park
New Dog Park opening up spring of 2010. A fenced in area to unleash your dog, open from 7am to dusk located at the West end of Coast Guard Park, no fees.
Grand Haven Charter Township
Both parks allow dog with no fees, summer open 8am to 10pm. winter you park outside gate at Hofma Preserve. Rules are that “Pets must remain under immediate control at all times”. No dogs are allowed on the athletic fields at Hofma Park.

Existing City Ordinances Dog and pet owners are expected to adhere to the following ordinances:
1. All dogs and pets must be on a leash, no longer than six feet (if not retractable), twenty-five feet (if retractable), and under the control of the person holding the leash anywhere in the City except private property (City Code Section 7.1 and 7.4).
2. Dogs are permitted without a leash on the north side of Lake Avenue between the street and the roadway to the water tanks, along the base of the sand dune.
3. Dog or pet feces must be picked up and disposed of properly (City Code Section 7.9).
There are certain areas within the City limits where dogs and pets are prohibited. These areas are specifically posted;
“No Dogs Allowed,” “No Pets Allowed,” or “No Animals Allowed.”
These areas include:
The City Beach between the swim buoys (Memorial Day to Labor Day), however, dogs are permitted on the City Beach south of the southerly swim buoy.
