Downtown Development Plan
The Downtown Development Plan was adopted by the Village in 2004 to control land use and guide exterior renovations and new construction in the downtown and along the Savidge Street corridor. Community design is a component of the Plan with emphasis placed on the size and design of buildings. Design guidelines are included in the plan and in the accompanying document, the Village of Spring Lake Design Manual. The Downtown Development Plan is part of the Village's Master Plan.
