Public Hearing Notice
Notice is hereby given of public hearings to be held by the Spring Lake Village Planning Commission on Tuesday, November 26, 2019, at 7:00 p.m. at Barber School Community Building, 102 W. Exchange Street, Spring Lake, Michigan. The hearings pertain to the following items:
205 East Savidge Street: The Planning Commission will consider a request for a Special Use Permit for a Short-Term Rental located at 205 East Savidge Street, Permanent Parcel Number 70-03-15-451-003.
107 South Division Street: The Planning Commission will consider a request for a rezoning from CBD-1 and SFR-B Core (split zoned parcel) to CBD-1, a Special Use Permit for Residential Above Office and a Short-Term Rental located at 107 South Division Street, Permanent Parcel Number 70-03-15-361-004.
All interested persons will be given the opportunity to be heard. Copies of the applications are available for inspection at the Spring Lake Village Hall during regular business hours. Questions may be directed to Jennifer Howland, Village Planner, at (616) 842-1393.
The Village of Spring Lake will provide necessary and reasonable auxiliary aids and services at this hearing, such as signers for hearing impaired persons and audiotapes and printed materials for the visually impaired persons, upon receipt of five days prior notice.
