Mass Gathering Ordinance
The Village of Spring Lake Mass Gathering Ordinance #357, adopted November 18, 2019, applies to public events occurring on Village public property that are expected to draw 100 people or more. To apply to hold such an event and reserve your date and location, event planners must submit a Mass Gathering Application, fee and security deposit to Village Hall at 102 W. Savidge St. It is strongly recommended that applications be submitted no less than 120 days before the intended event. NOTE – Village Hall accepts both cash and checks – NO CREDIT CARDS.
Mass Gathering Application Fee: $150.00
Mass Gathering Application Deposit: $250.00
Mass Gathering Tent (400 Sq Ft or larger) Permit: $10.00
