The Village is responsible for holding an election every two years for the purpose of electing a Village President and three members of the Council. All State and Federal elections are the responsibility of Spring Lake Township. Voter records in the State of Michigan are computerized. Spring Lake Township maintains the voter files for the Village of Spring Lake.

Village Elections are held at the Barber School Community Building, 102 W. Exchange Street. Polls are open from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

You can register to vote with the Spring Lake Township Clerk at the Township Hall, 106 S. Buchanan Street. You can also register to vote at any Secretary of State office.
