Future Businesses
The Village of Spring Lake is a wonderful place to live and do business. We enjoy a wide variety of available commercial space in the Village with everything from a recently approved commercial development to be built at the east entrance to the Village on M-104 to traditional strip developments, quaint cottage retail and office space and redeveloped loft style commercial spaces.
The Village also has a beautiful new first class medical facility at Mill Point Station, with room to expand with future phases. Mill Point Station is currently the home of North Ottawa Community Health Systems facilities, a lab and doctors offices.
The Village has limited industrial space available. Most industrial development is focused in Spring Lake Township.
The Village of Spring Lake works hard to find new redevelopment tools, including grants and tax abatements, to help entrepreneurs and established businesses alike make Spring Lake their home. The Village has an active Central Business District Development Authority (CBDDA) that works hard to market the local businesses and encourage people to shop local.
The Village contracts with the Grand Haven Area Chamber of Commerce to provide business services including business development training and services as well as relocation assistance.
For more information or to find out about locating your business in the Village please contact Village Manager Ryan Cotton.
