The Central Business District Development Authority (CBDDA) works hard each year to market the businesses in the Village through a number of methods. The CBDDA buys a full page ad in the special Tri-Cities addition of the Grand Rapids Press each spring to advertise the Village. The special edition is published around the first Sunday in May. The ad includes a list of restaurants in the Village. The Village also advertises in the Grand Haven Area Visitor’s Guide. We have brochures published each year, with the list of restaurants and phone numbers, that are distributed to rest areas, chambers of commerce and other locations where brochures are commonly found.
The Village Also keeps and up to date list of Village Businesses on this website and offers the opportunity for businesses to publish coupons on the Village website at no charge to the business.
The CBDDA purchases sandwich board signs each year that can be leased by Village businesses for $1.00 per year. The sign has the Village logo at the top and a space below to customize the sign.
